Crafted better
Eighteen years of shaping Indian homes — where Kota stone, teak and quiet daylight are put to work for the way you actually live.
Eighteen years of shaping Indian homes — where Kota stone, teak and quiet daylight are put to work for the way you actually live.
Monsoon-ready detailing, sunlight studied floor by floor, and joinery made by karigars we have worked with for a decade.
Turnkey interiors delivered on a fixed timeline and a fixed price — from the first mood board to the last brass handle.
We started in a two-room office off Cunningham Road in 2006 with one conviction — that an Indian home should be designed for Indian weather, Indian families and Indian craftsmanship, not lifted from a European catalogue.
Today the studio runs a 42-person team across Bengaluru, Mumbai and Gurugram, with our own joinery workshop in Peenya. Every drawing that leaves the studio has been walked through on site by the person who drew it.
Six practices under one roof, so a project never has to be handed between vendors halfway through.
Apartments, villas and row houses — planned around joint families, festivals, and the reality of Indian storage needs.

Over 640 homes, offices and hotels handed over to date
In-house designers, engineers and craftspeople on our payroll
Nearly every project handed over on or before the promised date
A site visit, a measure-up and an honest budget conversation — including what we would not spend money on.
Mood boards, material samples in hand, and two layout options priced against the same BOQ.
Working drawings, 3D walkthroughs, electrical and plumbing coordination signed off before demolition begins.
Weekly site photos, a snag list you sign, and a maintenance folder handed over with the keys.
Send us your floor plan and we will come back with an indicative BOQ within two working days — inclusive of GST, with nothing hidden below the fold.
Get Approximate Estimation“We had been quoted three wildly different numbers before Vastukala. They were the only studio that walked us through the BOQ line by line, and the final bill landed within ₹40,000 of the estimate. Our 3BHK in Sarjapur was ready three days early.”
“Our Lower Parel office had to stay operational through the fit-out. Rohan's team worked nights and weekends, and not one of our 180 people lost a working day. That is rarer in this industry than it should be.”
“They sourced Athangudi tiles from a family unit in Karaikudi and matched them with brass from Moradabad. Guests photograph the lobby floor before they check in. That is the whole business case, really.”
“Two monsoons on and there is not a single seepage stain or swollen shutter anywhere in the flat. They insisted on marine ply and BWP-grade everything, even when we pushed back on cost. They were right.”
A line-by-line breakdown of modular, civil, false ceiling and furnishing costs — with the numbers nobody puts on a brochure.
