Nobody hands a drawing over the wall here
The designer who draws a detail walks the site to check it got built that way. It makes for slower drawings and far fewer arguments in month three.
The studio runs a four-day week in the office and a Saturday site day. Juniors sit in on client meetings from week one, and every project runs a post-mortem where the karigars are in the room, not just the designers.
We are hiring interior designers with two to six years’ experience for the Bengaluru and Gurugram studios, and always have room for a good draughtsperson.
