Quick answers
No. The first site visit, measure-up and budget conversation are free anywhere within city limits in Bengaluru, Mumbai or Gurugram. Outside those, we ask you to cover travel.
Around ₹12 lakh for residential work. Below that we are happy to point you to smaller studios who will serve you better than we would.
Yes, on a design-only engagement. We then charge a design and supervision fee and hand over full working drawings, but the warranty on execution sits with your contractor, not us.
Design usually starts within two weeks of sign-off. Site mobilisation depends on our current load — typically four to six weeks out, longer between October and December when everyone wants to move in before Deepavali.
