Turnkey execution, start to finish
Turnkey means exactly one contract and exactly one person answerable to you. We take a builder-handover flat or a stripped-out office and give it back finished, cleaned and snagged — civil work, electricals, plumbing, false ceiling, joinery, painting, furnishing and the final polish.
Most of the pain in an Indian fit-out comes from coordination, not craft. The carpenter waits on the electrician, the electrician waits on the false ceiling contractor, and the client ends up mediating between four vendors who have never met. We remove that entirely: everyone on your site is either on our payroll or contracted to us.

How the site runs
Every project gets a dedicated project manager, a shared WhatsApp group with the drawings pinned, and photographs uploaded every Friday evening whether or not there is good news. You will know about a delay from us before you notice it yourself.
Material is delivered to site in stages against the schedule, so your flat does not become a warehouse for eight weeks. Payment milestones are tied to delivery, not to dates — we do not ask for money for work that has not landed.
Timelines and cost
An empty 3BHK of around 1,600 sq ft carpet area typically runs 60 to 90 days at ₹1,450–₹2,300 per sq ft depending on finish level. Occupied renovations take longer because we phase the work so the family can stay. Commercial fit-outs are quoted per project after a site survey.
